Methods of work

We work with clients in the format of projects.

For large and urgent assignments, we use special Task Force Teams, which consist of Ci professionals and client representatives to coordinate and participate in the work. This approach ensures that client representatives are trained and involved from the very beginning of the project. This allows us to quickly “get used to the task” and find optimal solutions.

Based on our experience, the active involvement of the client’s employees allows you to get the information you need faster, alleviating the problem of the communication barrier.

To coordinate the work of the team, we use common tools for managing documents, projects and individual tasks (with notifications via email and instant messaging). We provide our clients with access to secure chat servers and databases (electronic libraries) for online and offline use. If necessary, we set up points for collecting and converting “paper” data into electronic data, organize the process of collecting and classifying primary information with a quality control mechanism and feedback.

We formulate the required workflow as a project with the required number of stages; together with the customer, we assess resources and potential risks; approve and execute the work according to the chosen scheme: independently, with partners, with rapid response teams, or a combination of all these types.

Integrated information systems of the enterprise with the number of workplaces from 10 to 100 distributed in different regions of Ukraine were built

The company has implemented software products, both proprietary and partner, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), electronic libraries, industrial production management components, and logistics. The number of users of each of these products ranges from 10 to 60 people.

We have implemented and supported our own products on geographically remote laptops in Ukraine and Europe. The number of such mobile users is approaching a hundred.

We are working on projects for comprehensive support of information systems (computers, networks, the Internet, software, telephone systems, user training). Today, our bases include more than four thousand service facilities.
